Acceptance of Terms
By using the Boise Tree Pros website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Boise Tree Pros provides professional tree care services throughout the Boise, Idaho metropolitan area and the Treasure Valley, including Meridian, Eagle, Garden City, Nampa, and Caldwell. Our services include tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, emergency tree service, tree health assessments, and tree cabling and bracing.
All work is performed by ISA-certified arborists following ANSI A300 industry standards.
Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates for non-emergency work are provided free of charge
- Estimates are based on the arborist’s on-site assessment and are non-binding until a written agreement is signed
- Final pricing is confirmed before work begins
- Additional work discovered during a job (such as hidden decay or unexpected complications) will be discussed with you and approved before proceeding
- Pricing may vary based on tree size, species, condition, location, access, and complexity
Scheduling and Cancellation
- We schedule work at mutually agreed times and make every effort to stay on schedule
- Weather, equipment issues, or emergency calls may occasionally require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if your appointment needs to be moved
- You may cancel or reschedule scheduled work with reasonable advance notice at no charge
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in advance
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Deposit terms will be clearly stated in the written estimate
Limitation of Liability
Boise Tree Pros takes every reasonable precaution to perform work safely and protect your property. However:
- Tree work involves inherent risks. While we follow industry best practices and safety protocols, unforeseen conditions (hidden decay, subsurface obstacles, weather changes) may arise
- Our liability for property damage caused during the course of work is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not exceeding the value of the contracted service
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by weather events after our work is completed, or conditions that were not visible or known at the time of assessment
Insurance
Boise Tree Pros carries:
- $2 million in general liability insurance
- Full workers’ compensation coverage for all crew members
We provide certificates of insurance upon request. We recommend that you verify insurance coverage with any tree service company before allowing work on your property.
Property Access and Responsibility
- By scheduling work, you grant Boise Tree Pros and its crew access to your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon tree care services
- You are responsible for informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, or other subsurface features on your property
- We take reasonable care to protect your lawn, landscaping, structures, and other property during our work. Some minor lawn damage from equipment is possible on larger jobs, and we will restore affected areas to a reasonable condition
- Please ensure pets are secured and vehicles are moved from the work area before our crew arrives
Emergency Services
- Emergency tree services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling (986) 202-7387
- Emergency work is prioritized by safety risk and may be priced differently from standard service rates
- Emergency pricing is communicated before work begins whenever circumstances allow
Website Use
- The content on our website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional arboricultural advice
- Information about tree care, pricing, and services is general in nature and may not apply to your specific situation
- A professional on-site assessment by an ISA-certified arborist is the only reliable way to evaluate your trees and determine appropriate care
- We make reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and current but do not guarantee that all information is complete or up to date
